I was pleased with the service provided to me, my granchildren loved the obstacle course. I definitely would consider renting from 123, again.

I was pleased to see that the bounce house was already set up and ready to go before I even arrived to the park. It helped keep my kids entertained while I set up the party. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with the attendant, but I was extremely frustrated that an attendant that I am paying $20/hr for did not speak any English (not even one word) and sat in a chair and did absolutely nothing for 4 hours. I understand we live in South Florida and most people speak Spanish, but my entire side of the family do not speak or understand any Spanish, so it was very difficult to communicate with her. I had to get my husband to go speak to her any time we needed something. Also, as an attendant she should know how to handle any problems that arise with the bounce house. When it started deflating she didn't even get off of her chair to find out what was wrong with it, while my 1 year old daughter and several other kids were stuck inside. She just got on her phone and did nothing. My father figured out that the tie strap came off the generator and tied it back on, fixing the problem. She was a nice lady and she did not leave, but she did not do her job as an attendant, making sure the kids were safe and couldn't fix the problems. From a concerned parent's point of view it was upsetting, but the kids loved it and had a great time! I would definitely call you again, but now know to request an attendant that speaks my language and is more attentive to the kids and knows what to do in case a problem arises. I was very satisfied with the entire process of my Tropical bounce house rental. Great Service and it was a pleasure doing business with 123 Party rentals. The delivery and set up was on time.
